“Triplex”, LLC registration in Enterprise State Registration Authority.

The first office – Krasnaya Str., 21A.

Start of cooperation with “Bayer” Company. Establishment of Departments “Agriculture” and “Pets”. The opening of dispensary of veterinary medicine on Krasnaya Str., 21A.

Signing of the exclusive contract with «Gimborn» (Pets Department).

Start of cooperation with Dneprovskaya Poultry Farm (Agriculture Department).

Start of close cooperation of Agriculture Department with Orelskyi Broiler Plant.

Spring 1999 – separation of Agriculture Department as a separate Business.

Relocation of Agriculture Sector employees to a new address at Kirova Ave., 1/9.

Conclusion of contracts with “Intervet” and “Ferplast” (Pets Department).

In order to improve the quality of support service and better understanding of epizootological situation there were created our own laboratory with ELISA method application for Customers of Agriculture Department (Agriculture Enterprises).

Start of cooperation with Gavrylivska poultry farm and RozDon Corporation.

Relocation of Agriculture Department at their own office (Belostotskogo Ave, 12A).

Engagement of Pets Department in aquarium husbandry segment. Conclusion of contracts with “Resun” and “Hydor”.

Setting up the representative office in Kiev (Pets and Agriculture Departments).

Start of cooperation with Merial Company (France) in Agriculture Sector. The negotiations lasted since 1999.

Start of cooperation with COOPHAVET Company (France). Primary goods have been supplied.

Pets Department work with goods for pets manufactured by Merial Company (France).

Cooperation with aquarium husbandry goods manufactured by Company “JBL” (Pets Department).

VAXXITEK, the first vector vaccine manufactured by “Merial” Company was registered in Ukraine.

Establishing of СЗУ association, presentation of “ZOOlogia” project.

Participation in International Exhibition ZooVetExpo 2008 in Kiev. Stand “ZOOlogia” was recognized as the best stand of Exhibition.

Signing up the exclusive contract with P.W. “HOBBY” TM VITAPOL (Pets Department).

Triplex becomes a distributor of Daavision Company (Netherlands).

Setting up the representative office of Pets Department in Odessa.

Start of work of agro-industrial Company “Invest” (Agriculture Department).

Building of warehouses in Partizanske.

Signing up an exclusive distribution agreement with Inform Nutrition Company (Ireland).

Triplex becomes a distributor of Lallemand Company (France).

Today “Triplex” is a Company that has assiduously proved its valid title to be a leader in the specific area.
